One of my biggest issues with bb10 is the contacts app. love everything else about this phone. randomly when i view a contact, the video and bbm voice icon are not visible.. The bbm app is available to download for free, however data charges may apply for downloading. if you use the bbm service without a wi-fi network connection, a data plan is required and additional charges may apply.. Finally to day my bbm was fixed by the reps and right after bell pushed the update but now when i look in the contacts 90 % of them who had bbm voice, me and them dont have the green icon that says we can chat and the other ones who has the z10 dont show the video chat anymore...
